Or about how you are still struggling with your own self battle. Reach out out for help. One of us can help you get through it. Last thing, for those self injurers who would like to stop, take your blade, your razor, your lighter, whatever it is that you use to hurt yourself, and give it to someone you love and you can trust. Someone you know will keep it safe. And even more importantly, away from you. Then share your experience with the absence of your weapon. How you are managing to cope. And how you are getting better. So you can help others and give them advice as you are trying to help yourself.
