The Problem

We are trying to assist the victims of the Pakistan Flood in any way possible. In order to accomplish our goal, the IMAN Club of my school, Universal School, have kindly requested the entire school to bring in at least 1 box filled with the many supplies that could be of aid to the victims of Pakistan. We paired up with an organization which agreed to work with us to make sure the boxes were delivered to those in need in Pakistan.

Plan of Action

Our club gave a seminar to the high school student body describing the gravity of the situation in Pakistan and focused on the effects of the Pakistan flood. Soon after, we requested the students to bring in a box filled with items such as food/pillows/blankets/sanitary items which were to be delivered to the victims of Pakistan. Our club was able to collect and pack over 350 boxes filled with items that would be of aid to the victims. Our goal was to provide some sort of assistance to the victims along with delivering a sense of hope for them that everything will be okay. We hope that our actions have created a sense of hope for the victims of the Pakistani Flood.
