Last week we celebrated a huge milestone here at DoSomething.org, 1 million doers taking action! Since 1993, when DoSomething.org was founded, we have been encouraging and helping kids take action in their community and we are so proud to have passed the one million mark. To celebrate, we hosted a party at Dylan's Candy Bar called the Millionth Doer Event! The whole staff was there plus members of our board and even Andrew Shue, one of the co-founders. We also had some amazing grant winners including Michaela of United Theater. Check out the gummy bear statues behind her...this place was very sweet!
