The Problem

In Nepal, orphans’ diets consist of only rice and potatoes. As a result, their bodies and brains are not getting enough nutrients to function and grow.

Plan of Action

By growing food on unused, arable land on one of the orphanages, we can generate income from food sales, feed 107 kids at three orphanages with the food we grow, and use the garden as a learning environment for the orphans.
