Undefined Entertainment

I am trying to make a entertainment business/project that will pay young people . This project will allow young people a chance to show off there talents at events and show the community that if you put your mind to something you can do it We will be volunteering and doing community service. Also i want to be able to get some of the youth off the streets and into a group that will help them show there full potential and help them in many ways then one.
