The Problem

I just moved to Casper, WY this year. I noticed at my new school that trash is all over. The city is known as "Windy City" and therefore the litter all blows around. It happens to get stuck in corners and trees around my school. It is very unappealing.

Plan of Action

I plan to get Student Council involved and pick a day to spend some time picking up the trash. With a lot of hands, the task can be completed much quicker!
