The Problem

I recently had the priveledge of creating a diet that allowed me to eat the required ammounts of nutritional foods each day, but also to allow myslef some treats aw well. I managed to lose about 65lbs in six months on this program, and it created a stable routine of healthy eating. As my eating ahbits got better, my sleep improoved and so did my over all health; physical, mental and emotional health. I was curious to see if my results were only to do with myself, so my I asked one of my friends to give it a try with me, and her results matched mine as well. We were averaging five pounds a week until we got down to a healthy body weight and size and have both thus far, maintained it. My plan consists of eating three small meals a day...in the morning a hot cereal of grains, and or a bowl of fruit; soup or a sandwich for lunch, a HUGE veggie only salad for supper including nuts and dairy free dressing; and fruit and cheese for a bed time snack...and lots of water and herbal tea. To this day I still eat loads of veggies and have slowly reintroduced carbs and complex protiens into two meals a week and have thus maintained a healthy life style for about 8 months.
