I am pleased to write to you about a project that I believe will be of interest to Youth Service America. Our Mission is to empower the citizens and military families of the Clarksville Community by offering (JRCP) Juvenile to Recruitment College program. This is a program that support and give information that help reduce drugs, crime, violence and juvenile delinquency; to improve the safety and security of our neighborhoods. JRCP is a program that allow 1st time juvenile offenders to redeem themselves by coming into our program under court order or through membership to rehabilitations their ways and methods of living within our communities. JRCP is design to show the 1st time offender or trouble youths, new option to life by show the youth the college life styles. In hope to in steal Academics, Brotherhood, Sisterhood, dedication, sense of belonging to an organization and have achievable goals Helping out within their community participating in local and state events, contribute to faith base organizations and volunteer at local business. It is a proven fact that juvenile delinquency comes from the lack of activities, education or family support. Club Delta will show all three from our brotherhood, sisterhood, integrity, community involvement, and academic achievement through our missions for our community.
Purpose of this request is to curve the juvenile problem within our city that has exploded onto the military and civilian community families and friends. Clarksville Juvenile rate has double in crime static’s and murders of youth has climb to record level numbers. Clarksville has a high volume in & out processing center for new or new assignment soldiers of the U.S Army. Along with new people come new problems. Cripps & Bloods 2 of the notorious murdering, rape, drug selling gangs in America has been around for at least 2 generation. As each generation get older their kids and grand kids are inducted into their organization. There are military solider and new civilians comes to Clarksville to add onto the already growing gang problem within Clarksville and surrounding areas.
