A Night For Change

This is an event that my best friend and I came up with for a FCCLA project. A Night for Change is an oppurtunity for our community's needy families to know that there are still people out there thinking about them outside of the holiday season. The event is schelduled to take place on Tuesday March 4th at our school. The event will have a free clothes closet, free meal, job assistance, real estate agents, health screenings, car dealers, and other community leaders. Our hope for this night is to give these families a second chance at starting over. We understand that we may night be able to promise a new house, car, or job, but we will at least offer the tools needed to go about that path. There are so many families in our country and communities that need our help, and this is just a small step to do so, hopefully leading to a path for change.
