Students who study world history as 7th graders in Bandon will have the opportunity to experience a "Renaissance Day" by organizing and sponsoring a one day school fair to be held in Bandon, a communtiy of 3,000 people. The 70 seventh grade students would work in small groups to plan on-going plays to perform, sporting events such as joustng, food to sell and other middle age community events. This event would be help on the elementary school playground which already boasts a "castle crest" playgound. All of students grades k 0- 8 would have scheduled class times to participate in and enjoy the fair. Parents and other community members would be invited to experience a "Renaissance Day"
