The Problem

As a 10 year old who recently had several painful stays in the hospital that were made better when I was able to be distracted from my pain by my father bringing a gaming system from home for me, I want to raise money to purchase gaming systems for the children at Goryeb Children's Hospital at Morristown Medical Center.

Plan of Action

I am organizing a Family Fun 5K and Kid's Action Marathon. The 5K will be held on Saturday, April 27th, but leading up to it, kids in my school district and others will have a chance to participate in a FULL MARATHON!!! They'll have several weeks to complete 23.1 miles, logging miles a little at a time, then do the last 3.1 with us at the 5K Family Fun Run/ Walk! It'll give healthy kids a chance to do something to get them up and moving, while helping kids that aren't as fortunate!
