Adopt A Sailor-Jefferson City
the problem:
There are alot of troops over in Afghanistan needing a little extra support right now and we want to help out. We want to put together care packages for the troops.

I have many family members and friends in the military and I know how hard it is to be away from them while I'm at home so I can only imagine what the troops feel. What if there is a soldier, sailor, marine, or airman who doesn't get mail and gifts from a family member? We want to be able to make sure they know they have support and that we are proud of the hard work they are doing so we can live in freedom!
the plan of action:
I started out by telling my friends and people around me how much it meant to me and before long I had a list of people who want to help out!
The first thing we have to do is buy the items to put in the package and put it all together and send it over.

Others can help by "Adopting" their own Sailor, Soldier, Airmen, or Marine.
