200why it's important:
I have always loved animals and want the best lives for them possible. Animals that die because there's just too many of them, the freeze to death, they starve to death, or are abused is cruel and a horrible way to leave this Earth. Someone has to do something about it.
the plan of action:
Gather as many people as possible and volunteer countless hours in order to create better shelters for these animals, work with foster homes and trainers to get more animals adoptable, work with feral cat TNR, educate the masses to the problem and how they can help. I helped to start this through Delaware Valley College by creating Animal Lifeline Club so that college students can get involved.
how you can get involved:
Spay and Neuter your pets, donate supplies to shelters and rescues, report abuse, educate yourselves on proper animal care, adopt a pet, don't purchase animals from pet stores or puppy mills, etc.
