Annual Book Fair

the problem:

LCC is a non-profit children's center in Delaware, OH and we have started an annual book fair project to try and replace boks for infants and toddler's. These types of books aften need replaced due to use by young children. We are invlovling the whole community to help us with this project.

why it's important:

Literacy starts at an early age. Children need access to lots of books. This annual project will help replace books that have been damaged and keep operating costs down.

the plan of action:

We have partnered an ith Usborne books represenativive and have reached out to servie clubs such as Kiwanis, Rotary, Amvets, ets to help us get the word out about the bookfair. Those who can not come to the book foar can still particpate on-line.

how you can get involved:

When soneone purchases book(s)they can donate it back to LCC. They can also buy books as gifts for their own children/grandchildren. Usborne books will donate half of what is sold back to LCC in books.
