The Problem

The anti-gay environment in the Anoka Hennepin school district, for both students and staff. We're trying to improve equity and acceptance by changing district policies and improving cultural awareness of GLBTQ issues throughout that whole community.

Plan of Action

We plan to create a website that will foster awareness and outreach to others in the community who share our desire for improvement. It will be a place where we can connect with others and let them know how they can help us, find LGBTQ resources, and join, if they are so inclined.
