The Problem

We are trying to assist in solving the problem of the cruel confinement of hens in battery cages. We hope to promote the switch to cage-free eggs on the Auraria Campus. Although cage-free does not mean "cruelty free" it is drastically better than battery cages.

Plan of Action

My vice-president and I have a presentation prepared for the dining services director. We hope to show this presentation and establish a good working relationship with the director in order to show him that we are professionals and are serious about switching to cage-free eggs. We plan to follow up with him throughout the semester to ensure that this switch will be made.
