The Problem

The students at our school know about Cancer, but they really don't know how severe it is. We wanted to give them the basic materials to help them spot the signs of Cancer, how to prevent it, and how to stay healthy!

Plan of Action

We decided to raise money for St. Jude's and the our faculty members' families who died of Cancer. We set up a table in our cafeteria for a week. As the students donated, we handed out bags and Cancer bracelets. The bags contained information on Cancer: They symptoms, how to prevent it, how to reamian active and healthy, etc. We also set up the table during the PTA Meeting to reach out to the parents as well.
