The Problem

The lack of recycling of plastic bags in my community of Manhattan Beach, CA.

Plan of Action

I will hold local drives for plastic bags and donate them to local markets, farmers markets, doggy centers, day cares, and libraries. I will also return many bags to the main chain markets in order to gain money for fundraising. I would like to join in on reprocessing of plastic bags to make park benches, tables, and walkways for the community.
