The Problem

We are trying to provide warmth to the homeless on the many cold nights they have to encounter. We would like to provide babies a piece of love from Arellanes too. Something to keep the new borns warm as they start their wonderous lives. We are helping all spans of life,the very young to the elderly. The homeless know that junior high students care and are not selfish but can be selfless. It is very incredible to see my students give back to the community so the giver and the receiver are being gratified

Plan of Action

Our plan is to continue helping others by giving beanies to those in need. We would like to reach out to the retirement homes next. Babies, homeless and the elderly,that will be our goal this year. We will get as many students involved in making the beanies. We will have to have a great deal of donations to make at least 300 more this year. We will make different trips with different students each time to deliver the gifts to the different groups. It will benefit the students and the groups we are giving them to. So many will be affected by the acts of kindness. Just to know that we can help the world in some way is what it is all about.
