The Problem

JEAN FOR TEENS: Excellence in service in one of the goals of our school. In the library, we want to develop the Community Service urge in our students. As part of the library activities, Benjamin Franklin MS students, will collect jeans for homeless teens. With the help of the Library Club, Student Coucil, teachers/staff and other clubs/organizations, we will participate in this drive from December 7 - to February 2013. We would like to receive a Teens for Jeans banner please!

Plan of Action

We start the promo and will be collecting jeans from December 7 to February 11, 2013. The drive will be lead by the librarian and the Library Club, other organizations such Student Council, Math Club and teachers/staff, are welcome to join the efforts. We will be making posters-signs-PA system-email announcements during the drive. Also, we will set up a table in the cafeteria and promo/collect jeans there. This is going to be my 5th year doing the campaign. Every year my school collected more than 1500 pair of jeans for homeless teens. I am in a new campus, our school have approximate 1000 students, our goal is to reach 1000 pair of jeans or more.
