The Problem

My goal is to keep the children off the street and make there future brighter,volteering and giving whatever I have to support them. I coach the Garnet Youth seven and eight year old cheerleaders in my home town Haddon Heights,NJ.I dedicate 8 hours a week to these girls on top of my school work,my other cheerleading team I coach and the 2 teams I cheer for myself. I put everything I have into coaching these girls and can truly say I love everyone of them. The other team I coach is less fortunate in the deprived poor town of Camden,NJ. Camden had the highest crime rate in the U.S. and only two thirds of the students graduate in this city. Two out of every five residents are below the national poverty line also. In hope to brighten the futures of the children I try keeping these kids out of trouble by spending more time with this team, 12 hours a week. I push the children to have healthier lifestyles.

Plan of Action

My plan is to get coaches not just myself but other coaches from other sports also and promote them to put thier heart amd souls into there children they coach like I do with the ones I coach. I will write letters and advertize to coaches how important thier job in hope to help the kids. I want to brighten the future of the kids through thier coaches.
