Biology Club = raising money for biology related charities
the problem:
I am trying to get college students to give more of their time and/or money to charity events instead of wasting it on Friday nights. I am the organizer of all of the events for the Biology Club at my school. We have raised money for countless biology related charities such as: Ronald McDonald House, Relay for Life, National Breast Cancer Foundation, Chatham County Humane Society along with others.
vital stats:

70why it's important:
I think that a life without volunteerism and charity work is a life wasted. I will pursue charity work my whole lifetime because of the reward of giving back to the world that is so good to me.
the plan of action:
We host multiple events for every charity, trying to raise money in anyway we can. We adapt and evolve our events to raise the most money. We target college students who hardly ever give money or time without getting something in return, so we use that to help whatever cause we are aiming for.
how you can get involved:
Anyone can join the Biology Club, you don't even have to have taken a biology class. Everyone is welcome to help us change the community
