why it's important:

I believe that peer to peer help is a great way to connecting and getting a turn around with leads to the next positive step. From experience i know that sticking with a student keeping them motivated helps a lot and making someone proud of you feels allot better than proving someone wrong.

2.) Once you feel and know that your goal is in the palm of your hand and all you have to do is close it it's much easier to stay motivated in school evan when it seems so hard.

the plan of action:

I plan to select student that i look up to in high school around the time i wanted to be somebody important and select school students with potential to participate with our unity to make their peers our want to move forward and be someone important to their family and community. My program include building a school age recantation center with a main target of activities and steps taking student as many steps closer to snatching their feature goal.
