The Problem

The goal of the Brotherhood Fraternity is to build an environment where excellence in community and education is paramount. We strive to decrease the achievement gap and we strive to build strong young men through mentorship.

Plan of Action

The Brotherhood fraternity was co-founded to take the first steps in trying to remedy this grave illness of under-achievement. What began as a discussion group for 6 low performing Black students has blossomed into a fraternity of nearly 150 Brothers of all ethnicities.
