The Problem

I am trying to start a youth program at the Bull Savannah primary school in St. Elizabeth Jamaica. The purpose of this program is to get the young men especially mentored by successful individuals. My program will provide one on one mentoring opportunities to the students in academics, social skills as well as vocation and career. The young men at this school need motivation and shown what education, hard work and ambition can take you. I am also trying to get Bull Savannah Primary school a bathroom, classroom materials and computers and other office supplies.

Plan of Action

My plan is to go to the Bull Savannah Primary school in May 2011. I will recruit individuals to mentor and tutor the boys on a volunteer basis. Volunteers will meet with the children teaching them study habits, helping with homework, hopefully teach them computer skills and social skills as well.
