The Problem
teaching kids with medical disabilities that they too can have just as much fun as anyone else.
Why It's Important
It is important to me because all kids are wonderful and everyone has a right to an education and to be seen as a gift from God.
The Plan Of Action
I plan to volunteer at camp aldersgate by helping kids with daily activities while assisting with crafts and projects designed for the kids at the camp.
How Can Others Get Involved?
For respite (weekend) or summer week camps, volunteers help with kids with daily tasks such as brushing teeth or getting dressed (if need be) and taking them to do activities and games sponsered by the camp.
