The Problem

Camp Harmony is a camp located in the Laurel Highlands. We are currently trying to start our environmental education program in order to educate people in our area, both young and old alike, about the importance of preserving our natural resources as well as sustainable use of those resources. We would also like to maintain sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in the daily functioning of our camp.

Plan of Action

To begin our program, we would like to implement learning experiences for our campers that allow them to be actively involved with nature. One of those things will be a small garden that they can care for, use, and simply enjoy.
