The Problem

Camp Promise West is a week long camp that allows children and young adults with neuro-muscular diseases to come and meet other peers with similar disorders. It provides wheelchair accessible and disability friendly activities. This camp is incredibly important for these individuals as a way leave their home one time out of the year to interact and socialize in a safe setting. Unlike other camps for this population, this camp allows campers to participate even after they are 18 years old. This camp is done at no cost to the campers or their family members.

Plan of Action

With donations from those that believe in the importance of helping this group you can help these children and young adults to go to camp like they have been hoping for all year. This camp has been able to run for the last two summers, so all of the planning work has already been done. Now all we need is the support of generous donors like you to allow these individuals to have a week long experience with their peers.
