The Problem

There was no problem really. But if i had to decide on one it would be that the lack of talent and music was failing in the streets of Downtown Carmel. Our project has those who didn't know you were allowed to use the street and play music for fun or entertainment. The people enjoyed it and since Downtown Carmel is music based community it was at first lacking all of those aspects and my project took those aspects and lifted them up. To make a musically based area into a great society where you see musicians performing now days.

Plan of Action

I first meet up with the major of Carmel who first thought the idea was great and since my 8th grade year (2008) to my senior year in high school (2011) we have been great friends. At times it was hard to get musicians to help since everyone has busy lives to fulfill. But the dedicated musicians really helped out and most of them were not my friends. To find musicians I posted flyers up all around town, in the school, and on Craigslist. Eventually 64 people fell through with the project and since today even more have helped out. The money we collected all went to The Legacy Fund and which they gave me the option to give to which organization I chose. I gave it to the Link Fund which gave it to a High School in need of musical objects.
