Changing The World Through Art

My plan of action is to give K-12 students the abilty to transform their surroundings into places that reflect their individuality and creativity. This would be done by providing schools with specific funding that allows them to promote,design, and participate in the creation and implementation of community art projects that provide a message of culture,peace and unity.
