why it's important:

We have several members who are retired, active, or family in the military.

the plan of action:

Now accepting addresses of those you know overseas who you think their unit would enjoy receiving cards near the holidays. Also accepting cards made out to the soldiers over there - just get together with our club and we will send them for you.

how you can get involved:

Make class projects out of making holiday cards. Do not give the full name of the child (first name and grade is best - or first name and school). Get your co-workers or church involved as well. We will gladly accept cards from almost any source.
