Clean everett up

the problem:
My dream is for one day everett to be cleaned up. yes we are known as the getto town but lets change that. even if it takes just me i want to get everett cleaned up. look at what eats our trash? Brds also the trach ends up in the ocean and lakes and pollutes the world. also i will not throw everything away but will recycle what is recycleable. i need a grant so i can get this project going so i can get gloves trash bags and support. :)
