The Problem

Today in the Oaxaca State Penitentiary in Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico, hundreds of prisoners are suffering wrongful imprisonment. In this corrupted society, many of the prisoners have not even been charged with a crime, yet have spent months to years in prison apart from their family, friends, and steady income. Although it is for the Mexican government to provide them with a fair trial, it is our job to provide clothing and other necessities.

Plan of Action

My plan of action is to donate clothing and necessities to the Oaxaca State Penetentiary. Whether it be for the inmates or for their visiting family, it will all go towards a good cause. I plan to hold a dinner and ask for clothing donations as well as money donations.
