Community Changes

the problem:

Our ninth grade class advisor as well as our class LIfeSkills teacher would love to educate us about the drug alchol abuse of this region as well as in this community in particular. Yet due to the lack of funding of the Switzerland of Ohio Local School District and Beallsville High School we aren't able to accomplish this at this time. There have been many alcohol related accidents and deaths in this area. These disasters have affected the lives of many in Beallsville and the majority of our 157 students that attend Beallville High. If we were to recieve the grant, we would hold a community information day to spread the word about alchol abuse and drinking and driving. This would be a crucial opportunity to describe the many dangers as well as prove that taking the time to be informed of the many risks can be a extremely fun thing. i would feel privlaged if we could recieve this grant so I can make a drastic difference and also help due my part in the community.
