The Problem

I am trying to solve the problem of overweight youth and help kids who have poor health habits get on the right track. Many of the kids in my area enjoy video games, television, and eating more then anything. I hope to share my love of sports and healthy eating with others in my community. Teaching youth now will help them develop these habits that will hopefully stay with them till the future.

Plan of Action

I will help coach a girls soccer team at a local futbol club. I will give informational sessions to the girls about daily exercises and nutritional facts that they can benefit from.
