The Problem

Ghana is a poor country that faces many educational challenges. In areas where poverty is more severe, schools lack the basic educational resources to provide quality education for students.

Plan of Action

I currently work with a team of students that implement health and development projects in rural Ghana. I coordinated a large donation of computers from schools in my local community, and plan to connect these computers with students in Ghana. I am working with a Ghanaian NGO to develop a computer lab in a poor rural town, and to install extensive educational materials in the lab.
