'Create a Retail Store' is a marketing campaign that I created. I am planning on majoring in fashion marketing and merchandising (business) when I start college so this project is relevant. Retail stores, and many other types of businesses boost the American economy and serve entertainment for many Americans on a regular basis. Many people feel that retail stores are for 'stuck up' people to buy overpriced clothing and accessories, but that is not a fact. The fact is that these stores introduce you to different aspects of art, because fashion is just another form of art, but instead of it being on a canvas it is on your body. What some people don't understand, or look into is the fact that many fashion designers donate to charities as well. Some companies such as MAC Cosmetics donates to HIV/AIDS victims, while Giorgio Armani benefits Goodwill charities.
