The Problem

Created For Purpose Music Group was created to serve as a guild/fellowship of Christian musicians and creative artists in all fields.We want to give the community youth and adults a chance to show case their talent and love for music, dance, poetry and etc so that they will stay encouraged to keep pursuing it as well as creating a positive where people in the community can come and hang out together in peace. Created For Purpose Music Group does not have any positive events for individuals to get involved in, not enough positive encouragement for students to continue their education and not many parents being role models to teach their children. We want to help and that is why we need help in funding for events and items for use.

Plan of Action

The first step that we did was created an executive of individuals that wanted to be apart this organization and wanted to carry out the goals of the organization. Then Created For Purpose Music Group (CPMG) needed to do and have just recently completed was to become a non-profit organization! We are working on becoming 501c(3) so that we can be funded by more companies and be a tax write off. The reason why funding is so important is because we want to be able to provide food, clothing , school supplies and more to our community and I know it is going to take time and money to do it. Until we can complete those two steps, we just get local christian talent in the Panama City area and show case them in a Friday Night Live. Friday Night Live is a church event that replaces the club for those who of age. We want to have something positive for the youth to do and attend so they wont have to worry about putting their life in jeopardy. In Panama City, we have at least one shooting at one of the 4 night clubs and we need something safer for the youth. CPMG wants to insure that something is being done to help students have a long life and a career ahead of them.
