the problem:
The Dalarou project aims to sensitize local ethnic inhabitants about the environmental issues and help them to reach better living conditions, while participating in the the achievement of the project.

20why it's important:
The host ethnic people are living from the natural ressources, by the exploitation of the forest. The forest enabled to retain the rain which irrigates the rice field. If there is no more trees, there will be no more water to irrigate the rice field and the local population will suffer from the loss of their crops and the lack of income.
the plan of action:
- Implementation of the infrastructures (roads, electricity, water)
- Training of the host inhabitants (foreign languages, tourist and hotel jobs)
- Education to the youngest and kids
- Organization of the outdoor activities
