Dallas Children's Medical Center Visit

We scheduled our volunteer time with the hostpital and then asked for volunteers to make the trip to the hostpital. We also collected toys from campus organizations to donate to the hostpital for the play therapy rooms. This will impact the children in the hostpital as well as their families. The children will get to get away from their rooms and it just takes their mind of of their sickness. It shows the parents that there are people out there to help them and take some of the stress off of them. And anyone who goes and volunteers it will impact immensly. I know from going last summer that it will forever impact me and those who went with me which is why I feel so strong about this ongoing project.
