The Problem

I started Debate my freshman year, which was a first for not only me, but the Coach and team of only 6 members. Over the course of the next few years we worked hard to raise money and compete. As Captain, I was proud to see a team of peers believe in what felt impossible. Eventually we started winning, and people noticed us. Nothing is easy in a school that's been labeled "bad".
