The Problem

Delaware Youth in Action, a community-oriented coalition, strives to better the future of teens residing in Kent County, Delaware by providing information and opportunities on social, educational, and financial subjects to it's members. In addition, the coalition strives to better the future of the state of Delaware by performing community service activities throughout Kent County. By accomplishing this mission, teens in Delaware will not only grow to become well-prepared in all aspects of their future. They will also give back to the community that nourished them and develop impressive resumes for submission to any college or future employer.

Plan of Action

We plan to accomplish our mission by hosting various summits, forums, and other activities on topics pertaining to the future of Delaware teens, as well as incorporating resourceful information on these topics that will be beneficial to the individual lives of our members. Exposure to various opportunities for members of the group is essential to the betterment of their preparation for the future. Community service projects will be completed regularly by members of the coalition.
