Disatster Relief

the problem:
I live in New Orleans,LA and i was a Katrina victim.(NOT trynna make pitty on myself),but i watched my city go under in 2005,and its almost 2010 and my city still not the same.Houses are still torn down,people are still trying to rebuild their homes,and some people family members are gone and they can't come back. Im trying to give back and do what i can do to help my community.Im a student (11th grade),yes school comes first,but my city matters too.
