Do Something Brick Award

I am a kindergarten teacher at a great school in Greenville, South Carolina. I spend my days with 26 five-year olds. After seeing my students fall and skin their knees repeatedly on our hard clay covered playground I decided it was time to take action. We first went to our Leadership Team and administration only to be told we didn’t have the money to sod our playground. I am trying to find funding to put down new sod so our kids can exercise and run in a safe environment.
