The Problem

We are trying to create a specific screening test that can detect ovarian cancer. The problem with ovarian cancer is that there are no symptoms that can detect this fatal disease. By the time the symptoms arise, the patient is usually in an advanced stage, limiting the survival rate. There is a 90% survial rate if detected in time.

Plan of Action

Doc It Foundation, Detect Ovarian Cancer is diligently building awareness first in the United States, then around the world. Create a research group that will be dedicated to creating a specific screening test for ovarian cancer, as we currently have for breast and cervical cancer.
