The Problem

With my musical project, I am planning to help my local community of aspiring singers, musicians, and producers. After some time, Dream Demos could spread nationally by way of Internet usage. In today’s world, many dreams are deferred because of a lack of opportunities. Aspiring singers and musicians can not reach out to a record label without a demo tape. Because of financial issues–heightened by the current state of the economy–these rising talents lose hope and miss their chances at stardom. With Dream Demos, I plan on making available time and resources to help talented young people create their own demos free of charge.

Plan of Action

First, I will need to purchase recording equipment. Second, I will need to find housing for these equipment. Hopefully, a local school or community center will have room for my studio. As a last resort, I will turn to my garage or bedroom. Third, I will advertise via Internet and local schools for aspiring singers and musicians. Fourth, after a certain amount of interest has been shown, I will organize and schedule my first recording session.
