The Problem
We believe that young people who lead a sedentary lifestyle are more likely to be subjected to the influence of drugs and alcohol; as well as facing health risks like obesity and diabetes.
Many young people that do not take part in traditional sports due to a lack of interest, do not have the resources to stay active with alternative sports that they may take interest to.
Alternative sports include but are not limited to, Skate Boarding, BMX, Surfing, Snow Boarding, Fishing, and Sailing.
Plan of Action
1.Form a not for profit organization that has a corporate structure comprised of individuals that are dedicated to executing the fundamentals of out mission statement.
2.Produce a business model that will garner resources to provide facilities/programs for youth.
3. Obtain land grant from local community. Contact local schools, churches, and community organizations to spread awareness.
4. Identify prospective private investors.
5. Obtain permits/licenses/insurance etc
6. Hire builders.
7. Hire staff.
8. Build lasting investor relationships and ensure longevity of program attributes.
