The Problem

Children ages 5-10 can have as much stress, anxiety, and anger built up as anyone else. When they don't have a creative outlet to express this emotion, they can act out. This will cause them to be misunderstood as "bad kids" and can damage their future.

Plan of Action

I'd like to start a drum circle program at the elementary school I attended to give kids a creative way to express emotions.
