Eagle Scout Project/Restripping St. Mary's Church Parking lot after Ike

I inlisted the local fire department to come in and power wash the parking lot with their equipment. Then I finished scrapping and cleaning the parking lot to assure a good bond of paint to cement. I think restripped and painted new signage for the fire lanes and Handi cap parking. On the day of the churches rededication the communitee first veiw of their new church was of the parking lot, everyone said that it just made them feel welcome...like the icing on the cake. It is amazing how much you appreciate when you have lost it all.
