Earn an Adventure

This is a program that will give financially disadvantaged youth in New Mexico an opportunity to get involved in outdoor recreation programs through New Mexico Xtreme Sport Association.

NMX Sports is a 501(c)-3 non-profit organization that will give interested youth the opportunity to become involved in non-traditional or “extreme” sports. They introduce many sports to the kids; however, their primary activities will include skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, mountain biking, BMX and wake boarding.

The project will work like this. The youth of New Mexico can work at a local community organization (i.e. a fire station, library, community center.)
Kids can literally “Earn an Adventure” through their actions and efforts in our community.

NMX Sports will cover the cost through fund raising in the community, sponsorships, donations and grants.

This will allow all interested but financially disadvantaged kids the opportunity to participate in the activities that this organization provides.
